These terms govern all services provided by MO3IZO TECH. By placing an order, you agree to the following.

Agreement
By placing an order with MO3IZO TECH through Telegram or our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and MO3IZO TECH.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.
Our Services
MO3IZO TECH provides the following digital services:
- Social media growth — followers, views, and likes for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Game top-ups — in-game currency for Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, BloodStrike, and other titles.
- Gaming platform wallet top-ups — Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox, and Ubisoft.
- App top-ups and platform subscriptions.
- Online purchasing — purchasing products on your behalf from external platforms.
- Web development — website design, hosting purchase, domain registration, and full packages.
Service availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
Ordering Process
All orders are placed and confirmed through Telegram. An order is considered accepted only when we have confirmed it in writing on Telegram and provided the total price. No order is binding until this confirmation has been sent.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information (account IDs, URLs, usernames, etc.).
- If incorrect details are provided and the order is processed, MO3IZO TECH is not liable for the result.
- Orders may be declined at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Payment
Payment is required before any service is processed. We accept BaridiMob, CCP transfer, and other agreed local payment methods. Accepted methods may vary — confirm with us on Telegram before ordering.
- All prices are confirmed in Telegram before payment is sent.
- We do not accept disputed or reversed payments.
- MO3IZO TECH reserves the right to change prices at any time, with advance notice given to active customers.
Delivery
Delivery times vary by service:
- Social media services — 0 to 60 minutes after payment confirmation.
- Game top-ups — typically within minutes after payment confirmation.
- Platform wallets — typically within minutes to a few hours.
- Online purchasing — depends on the platform and shipping method; confirmed before order starts.
- Web development — timeline confirmed before the project begins.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by platform issues, high demand, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Refunds & Disputes
Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations only:
- The service was not delivered within a reasonable time and we were unable to complete it.
- A technical error on our side caused the service to be delivered incorrectly.
- Incorrect details were provided by us that led to a wrong delivery.
To request a refund or report an issue, contact us on Telegram as soon as possible. Dispute requests must be raised within 48 hours of the expected delivery time.
MO3IZO TECH reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and dispute claims.
Customer Conduct
We expect all customers to communicate respectfully. MO3IZO TECH reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:
- Is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful to our team.
- Attempts to defraud or deceive MO3IZO TECH.
- Submits false or misleading information to obtain a service.
- Attempts to dispute or reverse a completed payment fraudulently.
Web Development Terms
For web development projects, the following additional terms apply:
- A project begins only after full or agreed partial payment is received.
- The customer is responsible for providing all required content (text, images, branding) in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing content may extend the delivery timeline.
- Revisions included with each project will be confirmed before the project starts. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- For domain and hosting purchases: we act as an agent purchasing on your behalf. The domain and hosting account are registered in your name or transferred to you upon completion.
- MO3IZO TECH is not responsible for domain expiry, hosting renewal, or ongoing maintenance unless a separate agreement is made.
Liability
MO3IZO TECH's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profits, data loss, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms as a result of using our services.
Social media growth services are delivered to public profiles only. Using our services does not violate platform terms in a way that MO3IZO TECH is responsible for. Customers use these services at their own risk.
Modifications
MO3IZO TECH reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
